I’ve been doing the Shred first thing in the morning because I like to get it over with as soon as possible. Sure enough, one of them sent a tweet my way, and that was all I needed to press play on the DVD player. I sent a tweet out to my two best girls, asking them to yell at me later in the day, after lunch, when I knew I’d have some free time to squeeze in the workout. ![]() ![]() Today I did something different– due to an night of musical beds (only one person in my family of four did not move from where he started last night), I just didn’t have it in me to do my first-thing-in-the-morning shred. It’s been eight days, and while I’m getting better at the plank position, it still bugs me. ![]() Only two more days at level 2! I have to say that I am really hoping that I am better at the exercises that are coming up in level 3.
